I hold a Level 7 masters Degree in Life Coaching, a Certified Health Nutritionist, a qualified Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTLS) Adult Teacher and Trainer, A Professional Anxiety Coach, and I have over 30 years' experience Teaching, Training, Leading, Mentoring and Coaching, both young and older whilst serving as an Operational Firefighter, Crew Manager, Station Support Officer, and Incident Commander.
My life experience, from growth and leadership to challenges and personal loss, has shaped how I help others grow with resilience and positivity.
I offer both online video calls and in-person coaching (location depending). This makes it flexible to fit around your schedule and lifestyle.
I am based in South Oxfordshire, and can travel to surrounding areas.

I can provide support for teams of varying sizes, or 1-on-1 advice for individuals.
